RegalRexnord® HT8503 Accumulation MatTop® Chain is the
newest addition to its comprehensive line of highstrength,
low-backline pressure (LBP), transfer-efficient
case and material handling conveying chains designed
specifically for accumulating and gapping applications.
The HT8503 is optimized to accumulate and convey
cases, cartons, totes and multi-packs in various
materials including cardboard, lithographed cardboard,
plastic, paper, fiberglass and shrink wrap.

The new, high density roller design produces a more
stable accumulating surface to accumulate your
product with no damage to the package surface.
HT8503 LBP chain combines the highest working load
of any ¾ inch pitch (19.1 mm) MatTop® accumulating
chain with the efficient (1 1/8 inch) in-line self-clearing
Nose-Over Bar Transfer technology available, making
longer runs possible while eliminating or minimizing
dead plates and the concern of stranded product.
The HT8503 LBP MatTop runs on standard 8500 series
sprockets to simplify conveyor design, minimize part
numbers and reduce inventory.

RegalRexnord’s HT8503 LBP MatTop Chain incorporates
a patented roller retention system that makes it the
easiest in-line roller chain on the market to install.
By capturing the rollers in the link, the assembly,
disassembly and maintenance of the chain can be done
without the worry of losing rollers into the conveyor
system, onto the floor or through mezzanine grates to
levels below.
