1104 FlushTop is our innovative interchange for both Rexnord 1000 Series and 
System Plast 2250 FlatTop and FlushGrid. The new design allows you to run dry with 
the flatness benefits of our FlatTop surface combined with the cleanability of our 
FlushGrid. This is all while bringing consistency across your line, leading to cost 
savings by simplifying maintenance and inventory management.

<h2>Improved container handling</h2><br />

The Rexnord 1104 FlushTop is designed with ultimate flatness to increase the 
stability of even the most critical beverage container shapes and materials, such as 
PET bottles. The FlushTop surface design prevents broken glass bottles from 
impacting the flat surface, improving container handling.

<h2>New sprocket design</h2><br />

The 1104 FlushTop can be installed in original industry standard 
conveyor setups with our new 1100 Series Sprockets. The more 
robust design will improve product enagement for improved 
product stability, versus the legacy Rexnord 1000 Series. The 
sprockets also work with the Rexnord 1040 and 1060 Series, 
allowing for consistent sprockets in connecting side-flexing areas.
