RegalRexnord introduces a new series of low backline pressure modular MatTop&copy chains.
These 1000 LBP belts belong to the widely established 1000 series, characterised by metric widths and a
strong design. The new series adds the low backline pressure capability to this series and is aiming at
medium-low duty applications where boxes are conveyed.<br /><br />

- Code nr. 874.47.xx (xx corresponds with the belt width (A), starting with 10 for 85
mm, 11 for 170 mm and so on with 85 mm increments, or optionally 5 mm, up to 6120 mm)<br><br>
It uses the same sprockets and conveyor design and could be easily replaced to FG1000, if lower friction
on stable products is needed.
For high duty applications and products needing more distributed contact we still advice to use RegalRexnord’s
LBP 1005 SR series, which gives 35% less friction and therefore backup pressure and full roller coverage
of the conveyor surface.
