As a part of upgrade process RegalRexnord has decided to discontinue RRHD(P) 2000 YP and upgrade it to RRHD(P) 2000 USP, including a material improvement from YP polypropylene to Ultra Stabilized Polypropylene. <br /><br />
The RRHD 2000 design has improved properties with respect to stiffness and the structure of the belt.
RegalRexnord is introducing USP material, replacing YP
polypropylene, for improved durability and superior properties
with respect to chemical resistance; this will result in a better
machine reliability.

RRHD(P)2000 YP orders can be placed until 30 September 2007; after this date RRHD(P) 2000 can
no longer be supplied in YP material. Old and new 2000-series belts are fully interchangeable and can be connected without difficulties.
Sprockets and finger combs remain unchanged.
